By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Overview
Goodwordz offers various services, including but not limited to:
Digital business solutions
Creative marketing and branding services
Book publishing services
By engaging our services, you agree to the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms as discussed and agreed upon in the service agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Pricing: All service prices are agreed upon in advance, and any additional work beyond the scope will be charged separately.
Deposits: For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Payment Due: Full payment is due upon the completion of the project, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest or additional fees. All outstanding balances must be paid before final delivery of products or services.
3. Project Timelines
We strive to meet all deadlines and timelines agreed upon at the start of the project. However, timelines may change depending on the complexity of the work, client feedback, and revisions.
Client Responsibilities: Timely feedback and approval are crucial to meeting deadlines. Delays in communication or providing required materials may affect the project timeline.
Revisions: Unless otherwise agreed upon, projects typically include a set number of revisions (e.g., 2-3). Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
4. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of all intellectual property related to your book, business, or creative work. Goodwordz provides publishing and business solutions, but ownership remains with you.
Goodwordz Ownership: We reserve the right to use any materials we produce, such as website designs or marketing content, in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Book Publishing
Rights: The author retains all rights to their work. Goodwordz acts as a service provider to assist with editing, design, publishing, and marketing.
Publishing Platforms: We publish books on various platforms, such as Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). By using these platforms, you agree to their terms and conditions in addition to ours.
Royalties: All royalties generated through publishing are retained by the author. Goodwordz does not take any percentage unless agreed upon in a separate contract.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Service Cancellation: Either party may cancel a service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon cancellation, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up until the date of cancellation.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed work. If a project is canceled after work has begun, refunds for any unused portions of the service may be considered at the discretion of Goodwordz.
