All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of or licensed to Goodwordz and as such, are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Goodwordz agrees to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary client information. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Goodwordz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding twelve months.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Goodwordz reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately for violation of these terms without prior notice.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Goodwordz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goodwordz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
